Since our start in 1987, RPC has been dedicated to providing trusted a overall great project experience and outstanding, long lasting results. We are also very dedicated to using the “Greenest” products and practices available so when we heard about Trex Transcend® which is made of 95% recycled board and and guarantees not to  splinter, fade, or mold like wood decking, we were eager to try it out.  After years of installing and restoring wood decks, we are pleased to have found a composite that offers a beautiful wood grain look but requires much less maintenance than wood. We’ve installed Trex Transcend® on many multi-family, commercial, and residential properties with great results, which you can see in these pictures. While composite have come a long way, they are not the only product we recommend. When a family in beautiful Great Falls, VA asked RPC to build them a screened porch and deck that would  blend with their beautiful surroundings and create a relaxing feeling like a tropical resort, RPC knew the rich, deep tones of tiger wood would be the perfect choice for the porch. Lead carpenter, Rob Dickinson, and his team hand selected, stained and installed tiger wood on both the ceiling and floor of the porch then completed the with a lighter toned Trex composite to deliver a great looking outdoor living space to last a life-time. The results were just what this large active family was hoping for!
