The GHA Associates Property Manager responsible for this deck resurfacing project at a Falls Church community pool knew he needed a pro to get the job done without any complications and in time for opening day. RPC’s experienced craftsman and production capabilities tackled this complex project with ease. To begin, RPC demolished the existing deck over the water! Next came replacing the support beams and re-decking the surface with 2-inch Trex Transcends composite decking. To finish the job, a commercial grade aluminum handrails were installed to withstand extra the weathering that occurs on water properties.
